Accept an ai suggestion and send it unchanged

An operator sends a generated suggestion exactly as drafted.

When this happens: Operator clicks Send without editing the suggestion.

Step by step

    Review the suggestion, makes no changes, clicks Send.

    EasyCRM sends unchanged through the outbound pipeline (FR-25) with Operator. AiSuggestionId set. Sets AiSuggestion.Outcome = Accepted and SentMessageId.

Good to know

  • Sending unchanged still carries Operator provenance, not AI (BRD §3.9 decision 5) — identical to UC-28.18 in provenance, distinguished only by Accepted vs Edited for reporting (FR-08).
