System Configuration

Custom fields, system settings, search, bulk actions, and recovery.

Manage custom fields

An administrator creates, edits, or deletes custom fields on supported entities (Contact, Company, Lead, Opportunity, Quote, Invoice, Ticket, Activity). Custom fields extend the data model without code changes.

Configure system settings

An administrator configures global system settings including company branding, currency, date/time formats, security policies, and business rule thresholds.

Global search

A user performs a global search from the navigation bar to find records across all entity types (Contacts, Companies, Leads, Opportunities, Tickets).

Execute bulk operations

A you select multiple records from a list view and performs a bulk action (assign, delete, stage change, export, add to campaign).

Restore soft-deleted record

An administrator restores a previously soft-deleted record, returning it to active status.

Purge deleted records

An administrator permanently (hard) deletes a soft-deleted record and all its exclusively-owned related data. This is irreversible.

Complete company onboarding at first sign-in

After the Platform Operator has provisioned the company, the Owner signs in for the first time and completes onboarding through a guided wizard: company profile, regional settings, working hours, team and first channel. Reinterprets the specification's "standard onboarding" — there is no public sign-up (BRD §10, Pending Partner Confirmation #4).

Configure company working hours

The Owner sets the company's weekly working hours and exception dates in the company timezone. Out-of-hours behavior, routing, follow-up rules and reports rely on them.

Provision a company account

The Platform Operator creates a company account on the vendor's behalf: the tenant, its data, default configuration and an invitation for its Owner.

Inspect a company to diagnose an incident

A company reports a problem. The Platform Operator inspects its configuration, channel state, technical state and operational metadata to find the cause — without seeing any message, customer data or AI source.

Check the platform's provider apps

A platform operator opens the platform integrations page to see whether each provider app the platform owns (Meta, Google, Microsoft, the social networks) is configured and accepted by its provider, and which providers companies are therefore offered. The page only reads the credentials from the server's environment.
