Complete company onboarding at first sign-in

After the Platform Operator has provisioned the company, the Owner signs in for the first time and completes onboarding through a guided wizard: company profile, regional settings, working hours, team and first channel. Reinterprets the specification's "standard onboarding" — there is no public sign-up (BRD §10, Pending Partner Confirmation #4).

When this happens: The Owner signs in while the company's onboarding is incomplete.

Step by step

  1. 1

Signs in for the first time.

EasyCRM opens the onboarding wizard at step 1, with values pre-filled from provisioning (company name, country, timezone, language).

    EasyCRM saves the step.

  3. 3

Confirm country, timezone, default language and date and time formats. Clicks Next.

    EasyCRM saves the step.

  4. 4

Accepts or edits the default working hours (Monday–Friday 09:00–18:00). Clicks Next.

  5. 5

Invites team members and chooses their roles, or clicks Skip.

  6. 6

Open channel administration to connect a first channel, or clicks Skip.

  7. 7

    Click Finish.

EasyCRM records OnboardingCompletedAt, writes CompanyOnboardingCompleted to the audit log and opens the Inbox.

Good to know

  • Companies are created only by the Platform Operator; the Owner completes onboarding.
  • Only the company name and timezone are required; every other step can be skipped.
  • Every wizard value remains editable in Admin — Settings.
