Enable or disable the ai assistant for telegram conversations

An Admin turns the AI Assistant on or off for one connected Telegram bot without affecting the company's other channels.

When this happens: Admin opens a Telegram connection's detail screen.

Step by step

    Open Admin — Channels — *@sales_bot*.

    EasyCRM shows the AI Assistant toggle, off by default.

  2. 2

    Turns it on.

    Sets AiChannelSetting.Enabled = true for this connection only.

Good to know

  • AI enablement is independent per connection; toggling one Telegram bot never affects another bot or another channel.
