Regenerate an alternative suggestion

An operator who is not satisfied with a generated suggestion asks for a different one.

When this happens: Operator clicks Regenerate under a suggestion.

Step by step

Click Regenerate.
Re-assembles context and calls IAiCompletionClient again, signaling that this is an alternative to the prior draft so the provider avoids repeating it verbatim. EasyCRM creates a new AiSuggestion and replaces the composer text.

If something goes wrong

Suggestion limit reached

The operator has used the company's limit of regenerate/rephrase actions for this draft (default 5). Regenerate is disabled with the tooltip Suggestion limit reached for this reply until the draft is sent, dismissed or cleared.

Good to know

Regenerate and Rephrase share a per-draft limit set by the company (default 5); each attempt is logged individually for reporting (FR-08).
