Check the platform's provider apps
A platform operator opens the platform integrations page to see whether each provider app the platform owns (Meta, Google, Microsoft, the social networks) is configured and accepted by its provider, and which providers companies are therefore offered. The page only reads the credentials from the server's environment.
When this happens: The operator opens Admin — Platform integrations, or receives the bell notification that a provider changed state.
Step by step
- 1
Open Admin — Platform integrations.
EasyCRM shows one card per provider, grouped Meta, Google and Microsoft, social networks, with the stored results, and checks the providers whose result is not current for today's credentials. Each card shows its state (Active · companies see it, Inactive · hidden from companies or Not checked), the result in words with the reason for a refusal and the time, each required value as *set* (an id masked, a secret never) or *missing* with its environment variable, where Meta's webhook points and whether it matches, and the addresses to paste into the provider's dashboard.
- 2
Copies an address with its copy button and pastes it into the provider's dashboard.
- 3
Click Check again after fixing the environment; the EasyCRM checks every provider again and updates the cards.
Other paths
A recognized app
The provider recognized the app but cannot tell a wrong secret from a right one. The card is Active with the warning App recognized · secret can't be checked.
The provider could not be reached
The latest attempt timed out or got an answer the check does not know. The card keeps the last conclusive result and shows Couldn't reach {provider} · last result kept; for an unknown answer it shows the provider's error code.
Companies with an app of their own
The Google and Microsoft cards list the companies that use an app of their own with each result (Demo · refused · hidden for Demo).
If something goes wrong
No permission
A user without EasyCrm.Platform.Integrations, or a company user, opening the address sees You do not have permission to view this page; no check runs.
Good to know
- The page is read-only: credentials stay in the server's environment and are changed through the reviewed deploy.
- A provider is Active when every required value is set and its last conclusive check accepted, or recognized, the app; an inactive provider is hidden from companies. A timeout or an unknown answer never hides a provider.
- A check proves the app id and secret only, not an App Review approval, an enabled API or a customer's sign-in.
- The page never shows a secret or a verify token; an id is shown by its first and last four characters.
