Withhold content types the telegram integration cannot transmit

The composer disables content the connected Telegram bot cannot send — most commonly an oversized file — before the operator attempts to send it.

When this happens: Operator attaches a file that exceeds Telegram's limits.

Step by step

    Attaches a 65 MB video to a reply.

    EasyCRM checks the file against the Telegram capability declaration (50 MB send limit) and disables Send with the inline reason Videos over 50 MB can't be sent on Telegram.

If something goes wrong

Request bypasses the composer

An API request submits an oversized or unsupported file directly. Server-side validation rejects it with EasyCrm:Channel:ContentTypeNotSupported.

  • Validation is enforced server-side independent of the composer.
