Filter the dashboard by period, operator, channel, funnel and status
A Supervisor narrows every widget on the Omnichannel Dashboard at once using a shared filter bar — period, operator, channel, funnel and status.
When this happens: Supervisor changes a filter on the Omnichannel Dashboard.
Step by step
- 1
Sets Period = Last 7 days, Channel = WhatsApp, Status = Waiting for Customer.
Re-queries every widget (summary tiles, volume, operator performance, AI indicators, refusals) with the combined filter, each still bounded by the viewer's visibility scope.
- 2
Add Operator = Radu Stan to narrow further.
EasyCRM updates all widgets again; the filter bar shows the four active filters with a Clear all action.
Other paths
Funnel filter
Open the Funnel filter. It lists the company's active funnels and *No funnel*. Select Retail. Re-queries every widget. A conversation counts when at least one opportunity linked to it is currently in Retail. Select *No funnel* instead, to find conversations nobody has turned into an opportunity.
If something goes wrong
Filter combination yields no widgets with permission
The Supervisor lacks EasyCrm.Reports.Omnichannel.OperatorPerformance; that section is hidden regardless of filter state, not shown empty.
Good to know
- Filters apply to every widget at once, combined with AND.
- A conversation matches a funnel when an opportunity linked to it is currently in that funnel; *No funnel* matches conversations with no linked opportunity.
