Manage several telegram integrations for the same company

A company connects more than one Telegram bot — for example one per brand or department — and administers each independently.

When this happens: Admin opens Admin — Channels.

Step by step

  1. 1

    Open Admin — Channels and filters by Telegram.

    Lists every connected Telegram bot with its @username, state and last successful sync.

  2. 2

    Open *@support_bot* and *@sales_bot* in turn; each shows its own conversations, health and AI toggle.

  • Each Telegram bot is a fully independent ChannelConnection — its own token, webhook and conversations.
