An operator hovers a row's truncated last-message text to read it in full, without opening the conversation.

Step by step

    Hovers the truncated last-message text on a row.

    EasyCRM shows a popover with the full last-message preview (up to 200 characters) and, for a non-text message, its type — e.g. [Image] Here's the invoice.

  2. 2

    Reads the full text and moves the pointer away; System closes the popover.

Other paths

Touch device

Long-presses the row on a touch device instead of hovering. EasyCRM shows the same popover, dismissed by tapping elsewhere.

Good to know

  • The preview never triggers a separate network request.
  • The preview excludes internal notes — it shows the last customer-visible or outbound message.
