Handle a failed telegram send and resend the message

When a Telegram send fails for a reason other than a contact-permission problem, the operator sees the failure and can resend without retyping the message.

When this happens: Telegram returns a non-2xx response other than a contact-permission failure.

    Fixes the content and clicks Resend.

    EasyCRM sends a message; Telegram returns 400 Bad Request: message text is empty. Sets Failed with the error code and message, and shows it inline with a Resend action. EasyCRM creates a new Message with RetryOfMessageId set to the failed one and sends it.

Good to know

  • Failed Telegram sends are excluded from valid-response KPIs.
  • The failed message is never silently dropped — it stays visible with its error.
