Withhold content types the viber integration cannot transmit
The composer disables content the connected Viber account cannot send — most commonly an oversized file or an executable format — before the operator attempts to send it.
When this happens: Operator attaches a file that exceeds Viber's limits, or of a forbidden type.
Step by step
- 1
Attaches a 70 MB PDF to a reply.
EasyCRM checks the file against the Viber capability declaration (50 MB file limit) and disables Send with the inline reason Files over 50 MB can't be sent on Viber.
Other paths
Forbidden file format
Attaches a .exe installer. Disables Send with This file type can't be sent on Viber
If something goes wrong
Request bypasses the composer
An API request submits an oversized or unsupported file directly. Server-side validation rejects it with EasyCrm:Channel:ContentTypeNotSupported.
Good to know
- Validation is enforced server-side independent of the composer.
