See the message a telegram reply refers to, together with its context

When a customer replies to one of their own earlier messages, or to the bot's, the operator sees which message it refers to without hunting through the history.

When this happens: Operator opens a conversation containing a reply.

Step by step

    Open the conversation and sees a message with a quoted preview above it: Replying to: Do you ship to Cluj?.

  2. 2

    Click the preview.

    Scrolls the conversation to the original message.

The referenced message predates the conversation's stored history. EasyCRM shows the stored snapshot from ExternalContext, labeled original message not in this conversation's history, without a scroll target.

Good to know

  • The reply's context is captured at ingestion time so it survives the original message being edited or deleted on Telegram.
