Configure company working hours

The Owner sets the company's weekly working hours and exception dates in the company timezone. Out-of-hours behavior, routing, follow-up rules and reports rely on them.

When this happens: Owner opens Admin — Settings — Working Hours, or reaches step 3 of the onboarding wizard.

Step by step

  1. 1

Open Admin — Settings — Working Hours.

EasyCRM shows the weekly grid in the company timezone, one row per weekday, with the current intervals.

  2. 2

Sets Monday–Thursday to 09:00–13:00 and 14:00–18:00, Friday to 09:00–16:00, and weekends to *Closed*.

  3. 3

    Click Save.

EasyCRM checks that no intervals overlap and that each interval ends after it starts. EasyCRM saves the schedule and records WorkingHoursChanged with the previous and new schedule.

Other paths

Add an exception date

Click Add exception, picks 1 December, labels it National Day and marks it *Closed*. EasyCRM saves the exception; on that date the company is closed regardless of the weekly schedule.

If something goes wrong

Overlapping intervals

At step 5 two intervals of the same day overlap. Highlights them: Intervals on Monday overlap Nothing is saved.

Good to know

  • Working hours are interpreted in the company timezone, including daylight-saving changes.
  • One service answers "is the company open now?", so every feature agrees.
  • A new company starts with Monday–Friday 09:00–18:00.
