Search for a template

An Operator finds a template by text, category or channel, either from the template library or the composer's browse picker.

When this happens: Operator types in the library's search box, or opens the composer's Browse templates action.

Step by step

  1. 1

    Open /crm/reply-templates and types shipping in the search box.

    EasyCRM returns every template in the company whose Name, Body or Shortcut matches.

  2. 2

    Narrows further with the Category = Shipping filter.

    EasyCRM updates the results.

Other paths

Search from the composer

Inside an open conversation, clicks Browse templates in the composer (FR-25 UC-25.8). EasyCRM opens the same search, pre-filtered to the conversation's channel (templates restricted to a different channel are not shown).

No filters

Open search with no query or filters. EasyCRM shows the company's templates ordered by usage count, most-used first.
