Review the connection state of every connected channel

An Admin opens the channel administration screen to see, at a glance, every connected WhatsApp number, Instagram account, Facebook Page, Telegram or Viber integration, mailbox and Live Chat widget the company has, with its current state, so problems are found before a customer reports them.

When this happens: Admin opens Admin — Channels.

Step by step

  1. 1

    Open Admin — Channels.

Lists every ChannelConnection, sorted by state severity, showing type, display name, display identifier, state badge, last successful sync, and a one-line error summary where relevant.

  2. 2

Filters the list to *WhatsApp* and *Instagram* using the channel-type filter.

Narrows the list to the selected types, preserving the severity sort.

  3. 3

Notices the *Sales — RO* WhatsApp connection shows an Error badge.

  4. 4

Click the row to open the connection detail (continues at UC-15.2).

Other paths

Filter by state

If filters by *Error* and *RequiresReauth* instead of channel type, to see only what needs attention.

Live update while screen is open

While the Admin has the screen open, a connection's state changes (e.g. ChannelHealthCheckJob moves one from Degraded to Active). The row updates without a manual refresh (FR-15-005 AC #4).

If something goes wrong

No channels connected yet

If the list is empty. EasyCRM shows No channels connected yet with a Connect New Channel call to action. The call to action lists WhatsApp, Instagram and Messenger only while their platform app is Active; Telegram, Viber, Live chat and Email are always listed. Existing connections stay in the list, and a Reconnect is not offered while the provider is not Active.

Good to know

  • The list sorts problems first — Error/RequiresReauth, then Degraded, then Connecting, then Active, then Disconnected.
  • The list is channel-type-agnostic — every connected channel type appears in one screen.
