Configure forbidden topics

An Admin lists topics the AI must never answer on or make commitments about — the AI hands over instead, independent of groundedness.

When this happens: Admin opens Admin — AI Assistant — Forbidden Topics — Add Topic.

Step by step

    Open Admin — AI Assistant — Forbidden Topics — Add Topic.

    Enter Medical advice and clicks Save.

    EasyCRM creates AiForbiddenTopic with .

    Add Legal advice and Competitor pricing the same way.

Deactivate a topic

Toggles a topic off; it is kept but no longer checked.

If something goes wrong

Duplicate topic

If the topic text matches an existing active topic (case-insensitive). EasyCRM shows: This topic is already on the list No duplicate is created.

Good to know

  • A forbidden-topic match always hands over, regardless of AnswerBeyondSources and regardless of whether a source would have supported the answer.
