Improve or rephrase a drafted reply
An operator who has written their own draft asks the AI to improve or rephrase it, rather than generate a reply from scratch.
When this happens: Operator clicks Improve wording (or similar) with a non-empty composer.

If something goes wrong
Suggestion limit reached
The per-draft limit of regenerate/rephrase actions is reached. Improve wording is disabled with the tooltip Suggestion limit reached for this reply.
Good to know
- Rephrase only restates the operator's own text — it is not a route to summarization or free-form answers (BRD §3.9).
