Manage several viber integrations for the same company

A company connects more than one Viber Public Account/bot — for example one per brand — and administers each independently.

When this happens: Admin opens Admin — Channels.

Step by step

    Open Admin — Channels and filters by Viber.

    Lists every connected Viber account with its name, state and last successful sync.

  2. 2

    Open *Acme Support* and *Acme Sales* in turn; each shows its own conversations, health and AI toggle.

  • Each Viber account is a fully independent ChannelConnection — its own token, webhook and conversations.
