Manage several instagram accounts for the same company

A company with more than one Instagram professional account (e.g. one per brand) connects and administers each independently.

When this happens: Admin connects a second Instagram account for a different brand.

Step by step

  1. 1

    Connect a second Instagram account (*@second-brand*) following UC-17.1.

    EasyCRM creates a second, independent ChannelConnection.

  2. 2

    Open Channel Administration and sees both accounts listed with their own health state.

  3. 3

    Enables the AI Assistant on *@brand.shop* only, leaving *@second-brand* human-handled.

Good to know

  • No cap on the number of connected Instagram accounts per company.
  • A customer's Instagram identity is scoped to the connection that produced it — the same person messaging two connected accounts is tracked by two identities on one Contact. (FR-17-002, FR-02)
