Manage several facebook pages for the same company

A company with more than one Facebook Page (e.g. one per storefront) connects and administers each independently.

When this happens: Admin connects a second Page for a different storefront.

Step by step

  1. 1

    Connect a second Page (*Acme Outlet*) following UC-18.1.

    EasyCRM creates a second, independent ChannelConnection.

  2. 2

    Open Channel Administration and sees both Pages listed with their own health state.

  3. 3

    Enables the AI Assistant on *Acme Home & Garden* only, leaving *Acme Outlet* human-handled.

Good to know

  • No cap on the number of connected Pages per company.
  • A customer's Messenger identity is scoped to the Page that produced it — the same person messaging two connected Pages is tracked by two identities on one Contact. (FR-18-002, FR-02)
