Analyze the contact lifecycle funnel
A Marketing you review how contacts move through the lifecycle stages — Subscriber, Lead, MQL, SQL, Opportunity, Customer, Evangelist — to see where the marketing funnel leaks and how long each step takes.
When this happens: Actor opens Funnel reports, tab *Lifecycle funnel*.
Step by step
- 1
Open Funnel reports, tab *Lifecycle funnel*.
EasyCRM shows the lifecycle stages in order (*Other* excluded) for contacts created *This quarter*, within the user's access.
- 2
Filters Tag = expo-2026.
EasyCRM computes from the recorded lifecycle transitions, per stage: contacts that reached it, conversion to the next stage, cumulative conversion and median time from the previous stage. Draws the funnel chart and table.
- 3
Sees that MQL — SQL converts at 12%, and clicks MQL.
EasyCRM opens the contact list filtered to the MQL contacts of the cohort that have not reached SQL.
Other paths
Activity mode
Switches to *Activity*. The system counts the lifecycle transitions that happened in the period, whenever the contacts were created.
Jumps between stages
A contact went straight from Subscriber to MQL. It counts as having reached Lead as well, so later stages never exceed earlier ones.
Export
Export the figures as CSV, Excel or PDF.
If something goes wrong
No data
No contact matches the period and filters. EasyCRM shows No data found.
Good to know
- Every lifecycle change is recorded, including the automatic change to *Customer* when an opportunity is won, bulk changes, imports and merges.
- A contact counts once per stage; a later downgrade does not remove a stage already reached.
- *Other* is outside the funnel and is not shown.
- Figures are scoped like the contact list: own, team or all.
