Edit an ai suggestion and send it

An operator changes the wording of a generated suggestion before sending it.

When this happens: Operator edits the suggested text and clicks Send.

Step by step

    Changes unavailable to out of stock until next month in the composer.

    Click Send.

    EasyCRM sends through the standard outbound pipeline (FR-25) as any operator reply, with Operator, AuthorUserId set. AiSuggestionId linking back to the suggestion. Sets AiSuggestion.Outcome = Edited and SentMessageId.

Good to know

  • An edited-and-sent suggestion carries Operator provenance with a separate IsAiDrafted flag — never AI provenance (BRD §3.9 decision 5).
