Record that an operator-sent message was ai-drafted

When an operator sends a Copilot suggestion — unchanged or edited — the message carries Operator provenance, plus a separate flag recording that the AI drafted it.

When this happens: An operator sends an accepted or edited AI suggestion.

Step by step

    Open the operator-performance or message-detail view for a conversation.

    EasyCRM shows the message with Operator provenance (the operator's name) and a distinct AI-drafted indicator, separate from the provenance badge itself.

    Can filter or report on AI-drafted-and-sent messages separately from fully human-authored ones (FR-08, UC-8.13).

Good to know

  • IsAiDrafted is independent of SenderKind — it never changes provenance to AI (BRD §3.9 decision 5).
  • IsAiDrafted is set at send time from the AiSuggestion used and is never inferred after the fact.
