Create a shared company template

An Admin creates a reply template every operator in the company can use, so common replies are worded consistently and typed once.

When this happens: Admin opens /crm/reply-templates — Shared — New Template.

Step by step

  1. 1

Open /crm/reply-templates, switches to the *Shared* tab, clicks New Template.

EasyCRM shows the editor: Name, Body, Category, Shortcut, Channel restriction.

  2. 2

Enter Name = Standard pricing, Body = Hi {{contact.firstName}}, our standard plan starts at €49/month — happy to send the full price list, Category = Pricing, Shortcut = /price.

  3. 3

Leaves Channel restriction empty (available on every channel) and clicks Save.

EasyCRM checks the shortcut is unique among active Shared templates. EasyCRM creates the template with . EasyCRM records ReplyTemplateCreated. The template is immediately available in every operator's shortcut picker and the Shared library tab.

Other paths

Supervisor creates a shared template

Performs the same flow. Available only when the Supervisor's role has been granted EasyCrm.ReplyTemplates.ManageShared.

Restrict to a channel

At step 4 selects Channel restriction = *WhatsApp*. The template is offered only in WhatsApp conversations (FR-27-007 AC #6).

If something goes wrong

Shortcut already taken

At step 5 another active Shared template already uses /price. Rejects with EasyCrm:ReplyTemplate:ShortcutTaken; the Admin picks a different shortcut or leaves it blank.

Good to know

  • A Shared template is visible to and usable by every operator in the company, immediately. |
  • Shortcuts are optional; a template with none is still reachable by search and browsing. |
  • {{unsubscribeLink}} is not required, unlike marketing email templates. |
