Disclose that a reply comes from an ai
Every Auto Reply message sent to a customer carries the configured disclosure text.
When this happens: An Auto Reply message passes every check and is about to be sent.
How it works
- Auto Reply pipeline reaches the send step with a grounded, approved reply.
- Reads the disclosure text in the reply's language from
AiAssistantSettings.DisclosureTexts(the platform default when that language has none; the company's default language when the reply's language is not offered). - Prepends the disclosure text to the reply body — e.g. 🤖 Automated reply.\n\nWe're sorry, that color is currently unavailable, but we do have it in blue and black
- EasyCRM sends the combined text through the outbound pipeline (FR-25).
Good to know
- Disclosure applies to Auto Reply messages only, never to a Copilot suggestion the operator sends (that always carries Operator provenance regardless — UC-28.18, UC-28.19).
- Disclosure text and its presence do not affect groundedness, handover or channel-restriction checks — it is applied last, after the reply is fully approved for sending.
- Always on: no setting turns it off (BRD §3.9; EU AI Act Article 50(1)).
