Record the provenance of every message

Every message in a conversation records who produced it — Operator, AI, Automation or System — and, for a human sender, the real author behind the company's shared channel identity.

When this happens: Any message is created.

Step by step

  1. 1

Open a conversation with a mixed history: the customers messages, an Auto Reply, an operators reply, and a status-change system note.

EasyCRM renders each message with a distinct visual marker per SenderKind — e.g. A customer bubble, an AI badge on Auto Reply messages, the operator's name and avatar on operator messages, a muted system-event line.

  2. 2

Identifies at a glance which messages the AI sent versus a person, without opening message detail.

Good to know

  • SenderKind is set at creation time by the path that creates the message (inbound pipeline — Customer; Auto Reply send — Ai; operator send — Operator; ChannelSendJob system retries or auto-follow-up — Automation; status/assignment notes — System) and is never edited afterward.
  • Provenance is a cross-cutting rule of the conversation model (BRD §8 rule 12); FR-28 defines only the Ai value and the AI-drafted flag — Message itself is owned by FR-25.
