Search within a conversation's own history
An Operator searches the messages of the conversation currently open to find an earlier statement without scrolling the whole history.
When this happens: Operator types in the in-conversation search field.
Step by step

Click the search icon in the conversation pane.

Types tracking number.
Highlights every matching message body in the currently open conversation.

Click Next match; the pane scrolls to and highlights the next occurrence.
If something goes wrong
No matches
No message body matches the query. EasyCRM shows No matches in this conversation
Good to know
- Search is scoped to the open conversation only — never across conversations.
- Internal notes are included for staff who can see them.
