Set the provider commission and ai plan limits
The Platform Operator sets the commission added to the AI provider's cost, per platform and per company, and sets what a company's plan includes: the AI Assistant feature, a monthly spend cap and the highest model tier.
When this happens: The Platform Operator opens Admin — AI billing, or a company's detail page in the host.
Step by step
- 1
Open Admin — AI billing and sees the default commission percentage.
- 2
Changes the default commission (for example from 20 % to 25 %) and saves.
EasyCRM stores
AiPricing.DefaultCommissionPercent, writes a platform audit entry with the old and new rate. Usage already recorded keeps the rate it was recorded with. - 3
Open a company's detail page; the AI pricing section shows the effective commission and the scheduled changes.
- 4
Sets a commission override for this company with an effective date (for example 15 % from 1 November) and saves.
EasyCRM stores an
AiCompanyPricingrow, and writes AI pricing changed by the platform, effective 1 November into the company's audit trail throughCrmAuditWriter.WriteHostActionAsync, without the rate. - 5
In the company's plan features, turns
EasyCrm.Ai.Assistanton, setsEasyCrm.Ai.MonthlySpendCapUsdto 200 andEasyCrm.Ai.MaxTiertoStandard, and saves.EasyCRM saves the features through the existing features panel and audits
TenantFeaturesChangedinto the company's trail. From the next AI call the company's gate, cap and tier ceiling follow the new values.
Other paths
Turn the ai assistant off for a plan
If turns EasyCrm.Ai.Assistant off. The company's AiGate closes: Auto Reply and Copilot are refused with EasyCrm:Ai:Disabled and the company's Admin sees The AI Assistant is not part of your plan. Configuration, sources and logs are kept.
Lower the cap or tier below what the company has set
If sets a cap lower than the amount the company has already used this month, or a MaxTier lower than a tier the company chose. EasyCRM saves it. The cap closes Auto Reply and Copilot at once with layer PlanCap; the lower tier applies as the effective tier. The company's own budgets and tier choices are not edited.
Review the usage and revenue report
Open the AI billing report for a month. Lists per company the provider cost, the commission, the billed price, the tokens per pool and the difference to the gateway's usage report; the Platform Operator exports it as CSV for invoicing outside the CRM.
If something goes wrong
Invalid commission
A commission outside 0 – 1000 %, or an effective date in the past, is rejected with a validation message.
Plan feature cannot be read
If the spend cap cannot be read when a call is checked, the gate stays closed (fail-closed) rather than treating the company as unlimited.
Good to know
- The company sees prices only; provider cost and commission rate are host-only.
- A commission change applies to new usage from its effective date and never rewrites recorded usage.
- A per-company override is a host action on a company, audited into that company's trail without the rate (ADR-013).
- The plan features are changed in the existing host features panel and read fail-closed.
- The billing report is content-free; the CRM does not invoice companies in the first version.
