Set the auto reply and company ai budgets
An Admin limits the monthly AI spend of the whole company, of Auto Reply, and of each channel connection, within the plan cap.
When this happens: Admin opens Admin — AI Assistant — Usage & budgets — Budgets.
Step by step
- 1
Open the Budgets section; the plan cap (for example USD 200) is shown read-only as the upper bound.
- 2
Sets the company total to USD 150.
- 3
Sets the Auto Reply budget to USD 100.
- 4
Sets a cap of USD 40 on the WhatsApp connection and leaves the others uncapped.
EasyCRM checks each value against the layer above it (cap, company total, Auto Reply budget), saves, and audits
AiBudgetChangedwith the previous and new value of each layer. EasyCRM shows each layer with its used and remaining amount. The new limits apply to the next AI call.
Other paths
Leave the auto reply budget unset
Clears the Auto Reply budget. Auto Reply runs up to the company total, or the plan cap when none is set. The go-live checklist shows Auto Reply budget not set as a warning.
Raise a limit mid-month
Raises a budget that has been reached. Takes effect at once; a gate closed by the limit reopens (UC-28.36 ).
Lower a limit below the amount used
Sets a limit lower than the month's usage. EasyCRM saves it; the layer is treated as reached at once. Recorded usage is not changed.
If something goes wrong
Above the plan cap
A value above its upper bound is rejected with EasyCrm:Ai:BudgetExceedsPlanCap and the bound is shown.
Tier above the plan ceiling
The tier choices for Auto Reply above the plan's MaxTier are unavailable; a request that sets one is rejected with EasyCrm:Ai:TierNotAllowed.
Good to know

- Warnings go to
ManageBudgetsholders at 50 %, 80 % and 100 % of each layer, once per threshold per month. - The Auto Reply tier is one per company.
